Yes, all our fabrics pass the minimum test requirements laid down by European authorities. Key tests include:
- Color Fastness: Wet rubbing (Minimum 3/5), dry rubbing (3-4/5), and light (4-5/5).
- Abrasion Resistance: Most of our flock fabrics have tested at 200,000 Martindale counts, ensuring they are strong and durable for rough use.

How can I modify my order?
You can modify your order during the buying process by editing your shopping cart. After payment, changes can only be made by cancelling and placing a new order within 3 hours of purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order by sending an email or message. After 3 hours, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
When will I receive a refund for my returned products?
Refunds are credited back to the same bank account, debit/credit card, or wallet used for the original payment. For online banking, refunds are made within 5 business days. For credit cards, the respective company must be contacted for refund timing.

Widths and Lengths of the fabrics
- Width: Standard width is approximately 140 cm. Some curtain fabrics may differ.
- Length: Standard roll length is approximately 40 meters. In rare cases, one roll may have two pieces.
Are the fabrics machine washable? In general, all home textiles are recommended for dry cleaning. Unless specified, our fabrics should be dry cleaned.
Do your fabrics have Easy Clean and easy maintenance features? Yes, our flock fabrics are classified as easy maintenance. Regular stains of coffee, tea, oil, ketchup, curd, chocolates and even pen marks can be removed within seconds (if cleaned immediately) using the following procedure:
- Spray liquid soap water on the affected area.
- Rub gently in circular motions,with a dry white cotton cloth until the stain is gone.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Domestic shipment: 3-7 business days.
- International shipment: 8-15 business days.
Can I get a free sample to test?
At this time, we do not offer free samples. However, you can purchase a sample in the size of 27x15 cm for Rs. 50 to test it out.
What currency will my order be billed in?
- Domestic orders: Indian Rupees (INR).
- International orders: US Dollars (USD) & Euro. Your card statement will show the amount in your local currency converted from USD/Euro at the prevailing rate of exchange.
