Fiber Formation
The process begins with the formation of fibers through electrostatic flocking, where tiny, short fibers are charged and applied to a base fabric. This technique gives the fabric its unique velvety texture and ensures high durability.

After flocking, the fibers are bonded to create a cohesive and strong surface. This step is crucial as it provides the fabric with its distinctive feel and enhances its ability to withstand wear and tear.

Certified Testing
The fabric undergoes rigorous testing, including durability tests like Martindale rub tests (up to 200,000 rubs) to ensure longevity. It is also SGS and Oeko-Tex certified for safety, quality, and environmental standards, making it suitable for high-traffic areas and pet-friendly environments.

The finishing process enhances the fabric’s easy-clean properties, making it easy to maintain. Its dense surface also prevents pet hair from embedding, ensuring a clean and hygienic space
